So, good news! I got another promotion at work! (Wahoo!) …Which explains why I went a lil MIA after announcing the website re-design hehe ;) I’m super excited about my job, but it’s been really hard to fit in any research for the blog (which takes a lot more time than actually blogging) and I always feel so guilty posting anything without tons of scientific studies!

However, I just noticed our healthy meal prep post (a.k.a. the one with all the boxes) has almost 8,000 shares on Pinterest – which completely blows my mind! And also makes me realize: you guys must not mind the non-sciencey posts that much… so maybe I don’t need to feel so guilty :)
